An unbelievable accident, claimed the life of a 64-year-old woman.
The accident occurred on Friday 8 January in Mouzaki Trifylia.
She had gone to feed the animals
Shortly after 4:30 in the afternoon the woman, as was her custom, had gone to her farm to feed the animals she kept.
There, according to information from the village, a ram apparently pushed her, causing her to lose her balance, hit a stone and fatally injure herself.
As soon as the incident was noticed the Gargaliana Police Station was alerted, as well as an ambulance from the Pylos Health Centre, but when they arrived unfortunately the woman had ended up dead.
A coroner visited the scene, while a preliminary investigation is being carried out to determine the exact circumstances of the tragic incident.
