</ul><p>According to the facts of the case, last October, members of the YKAN conducted, <b>a search of a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old man</b> in Larnaca district. During the search, a quantity of cannabis weighing 2 kilograms and 120 grams was found and seized, and the 34-year-old was arrested for a self-inflicted offence.</p><p><b>A search</b> followed at the 34-year-old's home, where, among other things, 350 grams of cannabis, an airtight sealing machine and a precision scale were found and seized.</p><p>Then, in the same area of Larnaca district, YCAN members spotted a vehicle moving suspiciously and signaled its driver to stop, but he failed to do so, while the vehicle in question was found a short time later, abandoned and knocked down on an adjacent road.</p><p>A third vehicle</b> was also located in the area and <b>intercepted</b>, which was suspiciously driven by a 31-year-old man. When members of the YMCA approached this vehicle, they noticed that the driver of the second vehicle, aged 24, who had fled earlier, was lying inside. The 24-year-old attempted to flee again, but was intercepted by the YKAN members and one gram of cannabis was found in his possession.</p><p>Subsequently, the 24-year-old allegedly indicated to the YKAN members a specific location where he had previously concealed a cardboard box containing approximately 3 kilograms of cannabis.</p><br />

<p>In further searches of their homes, another 329 grams of cannabis, a precision scale, an airtight sealing machine and other evidence were found.</p><br />
