The police have made complaints against 4 owners of establishments and 13 citizens in a total of 1,684 checks for COVID anti-dispersal measures.
Specifically, in Nicosia in 224 checks 3 premises and 5 citizens were reported, in Limassol in 209 checks fines were issued against 2 citizens and in Larnaca 509 checks were carried out and one complaint against a premises and 3 against citizens.
In Paphos 2 citizens were complained against in a total of 110 checks and in Famagusta in 390 checks a fine was issued against one citizen.
In Morphou 99 checks were carried out and no complaint was made. There were no complaints in 143 traffic police checks.
In Nicosia, fines of 500 euros (2 cases) and 1,500 were issued for establishments where employees were working without a safepass.
In Larnaca, a fine of 750 euros was issued because a supermarket did not carry out checks for safepasses.
