Two persons were detained for forgery and impersonation in Paphos
Two persons were detained for impersonation and forgery.
According to Paphos Press Spokesman and Head of the Paphos CID Michael Nicolaou, a 24-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, of African origin, went on Monday to Paphos airport in order to depart for France.
During the passport control it was suspected that the 24-year-old was carrying forged documents while the 32-year-old was allegedly using another person's travel documents.
Subsequently, the two persons were taken to Paphos Central Police Station where they were arrested and taken into custody.
Investigations are continuing by the Paphos Crime Detection Department.
