Marios Theodoros' handmade violin for little Louka was sold for 3 thousand euros

The response of a family from Nicosia was immediate after the publication of the news that the Medical Director of Polis Chrysochous Hospital, Marios Theodorou, was offering for sale a handmade unique violin made of olive wood, at a price of 3,000 euros to support the treatment of little Luka Stavrou, who suffers from leukaemia

According to Theodoros, the family, who wishes to remain anonymous, contacted him and expressed interest in the purchase. Little Luca's father will deliver the violin to the family tomorrow morning.

In a statement to CNA, Mr. Theodorou expressed his satisfaction with the sale of the violin, saying that he feels really happy, because he helped little Luca in his own way.

"We hope that little Luca will come out of this battle victorious," he said.
