The perpetrator of the brutal quadruple murder that occurred on Wednesday in Andravida will be brought to the prosecutor at 12 noon.
The perpetrator of the quadruple murder confessed the crime to the police officers of the Ilia Security Directorate, causing shock throughout Greece. "They didn't pay me the rent," he reportedly told police officers conducting the interrogation. It is recalled that 60-year-old D.V., a resident of Andravida, and father of two children, is the owner of the house in which the Klotsi family lived.

It is recalled that the heinous crime took place on Wednesday and the first witness to the murders was the 12-year-old son of the woman, who, arriving at the house, found the four bodies and in a state of shock began to call for help. The deaths of the two children were suffocating. The 1.5-year-old child, who was born in August 2020, was found inside the family home by his 12-year-old brother.
The 32-year-old man and 37-year-old woman reportedly had gunshot wounds and were lying on a trailer, while the 2.5-year-old child, born in October 2019, was dead next to them on the floor on bedding.
According to local website patrisnews.com, testimonies from residents speak of a cruel man who had many times in the past exhibited extreme behaviour. In fact, it was reported that the 60-year-old had previously shot a fellow resident.
What the forensic examination revealed
It is noted that the forensic examination of the bodies of the four family members was completed at noon on Friday.
As the head of the Patras forensic service, Angeliki Tsiola, told APE-MPA, "both the body of the 32-year-old father and the body of the 37-year-old mother bore injuries to the head from a short-barreled firearm." As for the two children, aged three and two respectively, Ms. Tsiola told APE-MPA that "the cause of death of both of them is suffocation through obstruction of the external orifices of the airways", while regarding the time of death of all four family members, she said that "from the time of the first autopsy in the house, that is, at about 9:30 last Wednesday evening, about four and a half to five hours had passed since the time of death".
A sample has also been taken for traces of DNA so that this evidence can be used to identify the perpetrator.
Authorities continue to take statements
Officers are continuing to take statements from people who may have knowledge and could assist in the progress of the investigation, and are awaiting the results of laboratory tests on the evidence found in the house and storage room where the four bodies were found.

According to patrisnews.com the perpetrator was spotted late on Friday night, driving a blue Mazda van, on the Peripheral Road of Patras, at the height of Pampelonnisiakos, ran into one of the roadblocks set up by the police to locate him. The 60-year-old was arrested without putting up any resistance.
Until the early hours of the morning he was interrogated by officers of the Achaia Police Directorate, where he reportedly did not admit his horrible actions. Early Saturday morning he was transferred to the Ilia Police Directorate, where he finally confessed to his heinous crime.
