The patient who disappeared after surgery in a hospital

Finally, the alarm was raised by the authorities on Monday afternoon, following information that a patient shortly after undergoing head surgery in a private clinic in Nicosia, went up in smoke.

According to the Cyprus Police, at around 4.15pm, the 56-year-old patient was spotted at a spot in Nicosia and was taken back to the hospital.

It is recalled that the 56-year-old patient had disappeared from the ward in which he was being treated, in a private clinic in Nicosia, wearing a hospital gown.

Police set up a wide operation around the perimeter of the clinic and he was located a short time ago at a spot in Nicosia.
