More than 5.6 million coronavirus deaths worldwide

More than 375.2 million confirmed cases of coronavirus worldwide, according to the Worldometers website. Yesterday, 2,084,703 new cases and 5,755 deaths were detected.

According to the data, as of Monday morning

cases detected since the start of the pandemic worldwide stood at 375,240,488. The number of deaths reached 5,681,744, while 296,475,947 people recovered.[/P]

The number of active cases reached 73,082,797. Of these patients, 72,988,196 (99.9%) are mild and 94,601 (0.1%) are severe or critical.

In the US, the cases amount to 75,578,076 and the deaths of patients with COVID-19 amount to 907,190. They are followed by India with 41,302,440 cases and 495,050 patient deaths, Brazil with 25,351,489 cases and 626,923 patient deaths, France with 19,058,073 cases and 130,583 deaths and United Kingdom with 16,468,522 confirmed infections and 155,698 deaths.
