Available in three colours (Matte Iridium Grey Metallic, Pearl Glare White and Graphite Black) the sleek, understated looks are combined with exceptional aerodynamic performance and a riding position ideal for relaxed cruising. The gelatine height is adjustable in 5 positions and works in conjunction with the air deflectors for excellent rider protection. Practicality is guaranteed by the large, integrated luggage compartments, heated grills, central stand, cruise control, USB and ACC ports - all standard equipment. Lighting is full LED with Daytime Running Lights for increased visibility, auto-canceling turn signals and Emergency Stop Signals.
Using both the chassis and the CRF1100L Africa Twin's twin-cylinder engine as the basis, the NT1100 provides the rider with a performance of 102 hp and 104 Nm of torque with improved intake and exhaust for perfectly smooth acceleration and a delightful sound at low revs.
The semi-double steel frame offers a relatively short wheelbase and fast geometry, and works in tandem with high-performance suspension: Showa's 43mm inverted fork (cartridge-type) and single rear shock. Their travels are 150mm front/rear. The preload of the rear spring is hydraulically adjusted. The two 310mm front discs are combined with 4-piston radially mounted calipers, while the tyres are 120/70-17 front and 180/55-17 rear.
The NT1100's extensive electronic aids package includes 3 standard riding modes (URBAN, RAIN and TOUR) and two customisable USER modes, 3-stage Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and 3-stage Wheelie Control. A 6.5-inch full-color TFT touchscreen offers personalized display options, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto® and Bluetooth® connectivity.
