Continuing a successful fifty-year legacy, the Civic remains a premium, practical car, upgraded in quality and aesthetics, with an even more dynamic character.

Some time ago, Honda released the first photos of the new 11th generation five-door Civic, the brand's top-of-the-range hatchback.

This is the new Civic e:HEV, which will follow the same technological identity as the rest of the Japanese factory's range. The Civic remains Honda's flagship model in Europe and the latest generation builds on the same premium features that have established it around the world, offering the practicality, comfort and attractive design that have elevated its reputation.

The new Civic now becomes the brand's next model to be equipped with the advanced e:HEV hybrid system, which is the only powertrain available, and fulfils Honda's aim to electrify all of its mainstream European models.

Having already been used in the latest generations of the Jazz e:HEV and Jazz e:HEV Crosstar, the CR-V e:HEV and the new HR-V e:HEV, the widely acclaimed hybrid powertrain will offer owners of the new Civic the perfect blend of enjoyable performance and efficiency.

Since it was first introduced in 1972, the Civic has been warmly received by customers around the world, with sales exceeding 27 million units worldwide. The new Civic e:HEV intends to continue this success and will be launched in Europe from Autumn 2022.
