In a special way, a Walmart employee decided to resign. The employee in question announced that he was leaving the job through the store's loudspeaker. He then posted the video on TikTok which immediately went viral.
"I decided to quit Walmart today," user @norobkai wrote under the video. In the video, the employee wearing the Walmart uniform picks up the phone and lists the reasons that prompted him to quit. "I don't work for people who abuse someone with autism. The Naperville Walmart is horrible."
"Attention all Walmart employees and members of management. It has come to my attention that managers in the receiving department have no respect for their employees and prefer to hide behind the phones and declare themselves busy," he began to say.
And he continued: "They also like to make fun of employees with autism and don't respect any of the employees. Therefore, I'm not going to continue to represent this company anymore, so I'm leaving. Have a good day."
After his statement, he put down the phone and left the company. Most internet users praised the former employee for his courage, while others expressed their displeasure at the reaction of his colleagues.
