26 institutional workers and 50 social service workers
The Ministry of Social Welfare is accepting applications for a total of 76 fixed-term positions for 26 institutional workers and 50 social service workers for employment in the Social Welfare Services to manage more effectively the increasing numbers of asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors.
Specifically, as stated in an announcement of the Ministry of State, applications are being accepted for employment in the Social Welfare Services:
(a) twenty-six (26) fixed-term employees for the performance of duties of Institutional Officer (Cl. A2, A5 and A7) and
(b) fifty (50) fixed-term employees for the performance of duties of Social Services Officer (Cl.A8),
The employment will be "in the framework of the implementation of a Regular Project, co-funded by the European Union, on strengthening Social Welfare Services to manage more effectively the increasing numbers of asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors."
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 9 March 2022.
