The armaments on the Greek Cypriot side justify the red lines of the Cypriots, claims the "suplex" After the shots fired by priests

The armaments of the "Greek Cypriot administration of southern Cyprus", as it describes the Republic of Cyprus, and the continuation of its military activities shows how right the Turkish Cypriot "people" are in defining as their red line their "sovereign state" and the guarantees of the "motherland Turkey", a statement by the "supreme court" said.

According to the GMP, the statement makes reference to recent press reports which showed priests being trained in weapons by the National Guard.

"It is not surprising that the Greek Cypriot Orthodox Church is involved in such a provocative action, which to date has done everything in its power to keep alive feelings of hostility towards the Turkish presence on the island," the statement argued, strongly condemning the fact that "the priest who made the best shot was rewarded."

"This hostile action, which was witnessed by the whole world, demonstrated the basic purpose of the Greek Cypriot leadership and the Greek Cypriot Orthodox Church. It makes sense that the international players who claim to support the achievement of an agreement on the island still maintain their silence in the face of these images."
