The Foreign Minister discussed the Cyprus problem with the Ambassadors of Austria and Poland
Developments in the Cyprus problem were among the issues discussed on Thursday by Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides with the Ambassadors of Austria and Poland in Cyprus, in meetings with them at the Foreign Ministry.
Foreign Ministry posts on Twitter stated that Mr. Kasoulides had a cordial first meeting with the Austrian Ambassador to Cyprus, Dorothea Auer. The discussion focused on strong bilateral relations, cooperation on EU issues of common interest and the latest developments in the Cyprus problem, it added.
Kasoulides also had a useful first meeting with the Ambassador of Poland, Lichnerowicz-Augustyn. As noted in the Foreign Ministry's post, bilateral relations, the long-standing presence of a Polish archaeological mission in Cyprus, cooperation at EU level and the latest developments in the Cyprus problem were discussed.
In addition, the Foreign Minister had a meeting yesterday with the Minister of Finance, Constantinos Petrides, with whom, as mentioned, they discussed individual issues of cooperation between the two ministries with the aim of finding practical solutions to issues related to everyday working life.
