Mother and newborn in Nicosia are hospitalized intubated after the premature birth of the 39-year-old woman.

As the Cyprus Times reported in a previous report, the mother, who was hospitalized this morning intubated in the Nicosia General Hospital's Intensive Care Unit, went into labour, while the newborn was taken to Makarios.

The newborn, who is 31 weeks premature, was deemed necessary to be intubated in the Children's Intensive Care Unit as well.
