Deadline to apologize the day after tomorrow Thursday, got from the 7th regular interrogator of Thessaloniki, the 22-year-old and 12th accused for the murder of 19-year-old Alkis, who surrendered, Monday morning to the police.AS.

The 22-year-old was taken, around 11 a.m., to the prosecutor's office and then presented before the interrogator investigating the case.

Separate case file because a pocket knife was found in his car

As a pocket knife was found in his car, a separate case file was formed against him for illegal possession of weapons, a case for which he was referred to trial under the self-incrimination procedure at the Monomial Plenary Court of Thessaloniki. The pocket knife was seized and sent for laboratory examination to the forensic laboratories of the National Police.

Meanwhile, Alexis Kougias, lawyer for the parents of 19-year-old Alkis, was at the Thessaloniki Courts earlier. The well-known criminal lawyer -as he stated- was informed by the 7th interrogator for the investigative acts which he carried out or requested to be carried out and -among other things- said that next Friday there will be a process of identification of the accused from Alkis' company, his two friends, who were injured and the other two who managed to escape. This was decided to be done in order - in conjunction with the other findings, such as the taking of DNA - to clarify the degree of participation of each of them in the crime.

The procedure is expected to be held at the Thessaloniki Police Hall.
