[CYPRUS TIMES] Terrifying videos of the explosions in Ukraine

Europe is at war. Minutes after Putin's announcement of a "special military operation" in Donbass, the Russian invasion of Ukraine began.

Since the early hours of Thursday morning, powerful explosions can be heard this morning in Kiev, Odessa (south) and many areas of eastern Ukraine.

In the capital, at least two powerful explosions were heard in the center followed immediately by ambulance sirens.

Russian soldiers are in Odessa.

Closer to the front, in Kramatorsk, at least four powerful explosions were heard.

In Mariupol, the largest city in the frontline sector with half a million inhabitants, where a port of strategic importance is located, several residents reported hearing artillery fire from a district in the eastern sector of the city.

Six hundred kilometers away, in southern Ukraine, in Odessa, a port on the Black Sea, explosions were also heard.

The DPR believes that this explosion was arranged by the Ukrainian special services in order to intimidate Donetsk journalists. But they are not particularly afraid.
