They are constantly in consultation with Turkey and act together and defend the "solution for two independent sovereign states" on the island, reiterated yesterday by TC leader Ersin Tatar in a meeting with the "president" and members of the delegation of the "Turkey-Tdvk cooperation community", as the pseudo-state is called.
According to the TFG, a written statement from the "presidency" said that Mr. Tatar asserted that the Pseudo-state together with the "motherland Turkey" will continue to the end their brotherly cooperation and their military, economic, social and cultural activities as well as their cooperation to defend their national interests and rights in the Eastern Mediterranean."
Maintaining that Turkey, as a guarantor power on the island, has always been on their side, Ersin Tatar accused Greece and the Greek Cypriot side of not abandoning "the vision of the Union" and reiterated that now, together with Turkey, they support the achievement of a solution on the island on the basis of "two separate equal sovereign states."
