A contribution of €280 was delivered by the Paphos CDA College to the President of the Federation of PTAs of Paphos Primary Schools Anita Taliotou, in support of the Federation's Welfare Fund which supports families of children who have to travel abroad for treatment or other emergency assistance.
According to a press release, the contribution was made from the proceeds of a charity event organised by Paphos CDA College under the title "Christmas with Love".
Mrs. Taliotou noted that the Welfare Fund was created to provide funds and actively support the families of our fellow citizens who are in immediate need in difficult times such as serious illness of students, serious accident of students, serious problems of parents, death of a parent of a student as well as for the participation of students in mathematics / Greek Olympiads.
