Stathis Panagiotopoulos will be tried by proxy by the Three-Member Plenary Court for the first case of posting pink videos of his ex-partner without her consent.
The well-known presenter will not appear in court unlike the girl, who is due to testify about her traumatic experience.

Stathis Panagiotopoulos is charged with the offence of "communication of personal data concerning the sexual life of natural persons".
Panagiotopoulos was referred to trial in a Petty Court, but because the charge is expected to be changed, it is possible that he will be transferred to the Criminal Court in order for his case to be tried as a felony.
