Spyros Sarafianos spoke about abusive behaviour in the theatre and Petros Filippidis who is in prison.
Speaking to "Well", the actor stressed that he regrets that his colleague has reached this point.

- Your colleagues were taken into custody on charges of very serious offences. Were you shocked?
You can never know the private side of people. This whole thing caused me a tremendous amount of sadness. Clearly I stand by those who have been subjected to such attitudes and actions. It is a shame that such things happen. On the other hand, however, I am very saddened by how Peter Filippides has crossed the boundaries that our actions may have. I am sorry for Peter's plight. To be talented, to have reached a point and have no respect for where you've gotten to and the people who got you there. It's impossible to treat people like that. That has upset me very much. I haven't worked with him to have a personal opinion, although I've heard things like he was bossy, arrogant and abrupt. This dark and sordid side I was not aware of and I don't believe many were aware of it as they hide these things, not even admitting them to themselves.
As for Lignadis, all that was known was his sexual choice. We could not conceive of such grey areas. Whether your name is Filippides or Lignadis, whatever your name is, these co-contributions are a disgrace. Our dignity is above all and when something happens to us we must speak out immediately. Let us not be afraid!
