Photos and videos of snow falling in Nicosia flooded the T/C media and social media.
Shortly before 9 a.m. snow also fell in occupied Nicosia, while snowfall was dense on the peaks of Pendadactylos, according to T/C media reports.
On the Nicosia - Kyrenia road, at the height of Ayios Hilarion, due to the heavy snowfall, the "police" closed the main road up to the new roundabout at the entrance to Kyrenia.
Due to the snowfall, the Aleuka Kharkia road was also closed.
