A video is making the rounds on the internet in which two Ukrainian minesweepers have been recorded defusing a Russian bomb using only a bottle of water!
The 31-second video was published by the Ukrainian website NEXTA TV and has so far attracted more than 1.4 million views.
The two Ukrainians are seen kneeling next to the bomb and carefully unscrewing its lid using only a small bottle of water and their gloves.
This move is described by experts such as Charles Lister as a moment of incredible bravery as, in his estimation, this bomb had the power to level a building.
"This Russian bomb could flatten a building but these Ukrainian miners are disarming it using only their hands and a bottle of water while there are sounds of explosions all around. Incredible bravery." said Lister, who is a counter-terrorism expert at the Middle East Institute.
