"We can provide support for the evacuation of civilians and injured Turks and other nationals in Mariupol by sea," he said.
Asked about the situation in Mariupol, he said, "We continue to work in coordination with the Russian and Ukrainian authorities to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, as well as to ensure the safe evacuation of Turkish citizens and citizens of other countries. We expect and hope for positive developments in the near future."
