ClosedDue to the adverse weather conditions, the Primary and Kindergarten in Panagia and the Kindergarten in the community of Droushia remain closed today, according to Paphos Primary Education Officer Dimitris Mikellidis.
In a statement to CNA, Mr. Mikellidis said that the remaining primary and pre-primary schools are operating normally in Paphos district.
He added that the test to stay measure is working in a very satisfactory way in Paphos district, noting that parents come with their children and then stay at school after getting the negative result.
Mr. Mikellidis then thanked parents for their cooperation and patience, but also for the organized way and their timely attendance for the test to stay.
We are doing everything possible for the good and health safety of their children and the public health, but also the presence of their children in the schools to get all those supplies that they need to get in childhood, he concluded.
