Sanctions for Belarus as well
She also announced sanctions on Belarusians who help Moscow.
She also reiterated that major Russian banks will be blocked from the SWIFT system, and referred to sanctions against the Russian central bank.
Finally, she stressed the EU's contribution to help the refugees from Ukraine.
