Queues formed last night at petrol stations in the occupied territories, following reports that the price of fuel will be increased again.
According to Kipris, the information is that the increase will reach TL 4 per litre. Many drivers took their cars to fill up their tanks, resulting in queues.
This follows news that the "cabinet" was discussing an increase of TL 3.93 per litre for 95 octane petrol and TL 6.32 for Euro Diesel. This was reportedly the proposal of the "fuel committee" which studies prices once a week and makes recommendations.
