The palace had announced that the queen tested positive on Sunday.
A teleconference scheduled for today has been cancelled by Queen Elizabeth, according to the Daily Mail, as she is still experiencing mild symptoms after being diagnosed positive for coronavirus, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said.
A Palace spokesman said this morning that "the Queen is still experiencing mild cold symptoms and so has decided not to hold the teleconferences scheduled for today."
The Palace had announced that the Queen had tested positive on Sunday.
Specifically in the announcement Buckingham Palace said:
"Buckingham Palace confirms that the Queen has tested positive for Covid. Her Majesty is experiencing mild cold symptoms and expects to resume duties at Windsor next week. She will continue to receive medical attention and will follow all appropriate instructions."
According to the Daily Mail, the 95-year-old monarch will hold a series of telephone conversations this week while only one event she was scheduled to attend will be cancelled
As for her schedule on the remaining days, such as her weekly chat with Prime Minister Boris Johnson - which is scheduled for Wednesday - it will be decided whether there will be any changes in the coming hours.
