The third defendant, Italian national and head of the NGO, Nicolo Figga Talamanga, is released from prison, but with an electronic bracelet.
The accused Ewa Kaili was not present at today's hearing after requesting a postponement - she will appear before the court on 22 December.
If they appeal this decision within 24 hours, they will appear before the Prosecution Chamber of the Brussels Court of Appeal within 15 days.
