"It is easier to negotiate with you than with Kiev's Nazi security battalions", the Russian President said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin made a new address a short while ago while addressing Russia's National Security Council.
In brief public statements, he called on Ukrainian soldiers to lay down their arms and described President Zelensky's government as a "group of drug addicts and neo-Nazis".
He even called on the Ukrainian army to take power into its own hands:"Take power into your own hands. It seems that it will be easier for us to come to an agreement together than with this gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis.Zelensky's government), which settled in Kiev and took the entire Ukrainian people hostage."
As he said, "there are areas with civilians, whom they are trying to mobilize and then accuse us of having attacked civilians. This is being done on the advice of Americans."
Addressing the Ukrainian military, he told them "do not allow these ethnic groups to use your women, your children, your parents, as human shields. It is easier to negotiate with you than with Nazi security battalions in Kiev."
Finally, he argued that Russian soldiers in Ukraine were acting "bravely, professionally and heroically."
