Russian President Vladimir Putin threatens the European Union with a "tough response" regarding the EU's decision to send heavy weapons to Ukraine.
Specifically, according to Reuters, Moscow says... in a pointed way that countries sending military equipment to Ukraine will be held responsible if the equipment is used during the Russian campaign.
At the same time, it stressed that "the EU's moves will not go without a tough response."
