Due to the large number of vehicles and visitors in the Troodos area, the passage of other vehicles to Troodos is now impossible.

For safety purposes, situation management and to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, the roads leading to Troodos, from the areas of Karvouna, Platron and Prodromos, have been closed to traffic.

Police urge drivers in the above areas to be particularly careful and patient.
