Due to a protest currently taking place on the Limassol - Nicosia motorway, at the Kalavasos exit, traffic has been cut off in both directions.
Drivers who intend to travel on the motorway from Limassol to Nicosia should use the Governor's Coast exit (old Limassol - Nicosia road) in the direction of Nicosia.
As for drivers, who intend to travel on the motorway from Nicosia to Limassol, they are advised to use the exit of Choirokoitia (old Nicosia-Lemesos road) towards Limassol.
Members of the Police are in the area to provide assistance and regulate traffic.
Drivers are advised to exercise extreme caution, drive their vehicles at a safe, low speed, maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead and follow the instructions of the police officers on duty.
