Nicosia Municipality issues last warning about dangerous buildings.
In a notice it informs the owners concerned that, exercising the powers granted to it by the Roads and Buildings Regulation Law, Article 15B, it has declared the buildings at 30 Areos Street (& Achilleos corner) Agios Savas, 21/46.06.10, Vol. 139, Para. A.
The owners of the buildings are requested to contact immediately the Technical Service of the Nicosia Municipality at 22797434 and proceed with taking all necessary measures to remove the danger.
Otherwise, it is stated, the Municipality may enter the building on its own initiative, taking all measures to remove the risk, and/or impose an administrative fine of up to €20.000, and/or forward a criminal case.
