Today the weather will be partly cloudy and isolated showers are likely, Initially, thunderstorms are possible, mainly in the west and south. On the higher peaks of the Troodos light snow or sleet[/B] is likely. Winds will be northeast to southeast, generally moderate at 4 Beaufort. The sea will be a little choppy but initially in the east and north will be choppy to choppy. The temperature will rise to 15 degrees inland around 19 degrees on the coast and 8 degrees in the higher mountains.

In the evening the weather will be mainly clear but there will be increasing clouds at times. The temperature will be in the same range which is close to climatic averages.

The snow depth at Troodos Square, at the time of writing, was 17 cm.
