A new twist in the controversial case of Novak Djokovic and his participation in the Australian Open.
According to Serbian media reports based on information reportedly provided by the athlete's father, Sergan, Novak Djokovic was arrested a few hours ago by the Australian police and his deportation must now be considered certain.

Australian authorities had leaked their intention to insist on cancelling the world No. 1 tennis player's visa even if he won the appeal, and they did.
At 18:33 local time (09:33 Cyprus time) there was the first report of police forces touching down at the site of the offices of the law firm that represented Novak Djokovic in the trial.
That is where the Serb himself had been since 15:00 when Judge Andrew Kelly gave permission.
In theory Kelly was given half an hour's notice to return all his personal belongings and go where he wished, however that will probably never happen
