The case of the gang rape in a well-known hotel on the beach in Thessaloniki on New Year's Eve, reported by 24-year-old Georgia Bika, is complicated. And this, as it seems that there is a new testimony, which reverses the data so far.
As makthes.gr wrote, this morning, in the fifth regular interrogator, testified as a witness one of the attendees at this party.

At least two other attendees at the disputed party have approached the lawyer to testify what they know. These individuals, who were invited to the same party as the 24-year-old, allegedly recounted what happened on New Year's morning, with significant differences from the 24-year-old's account. However, the people who passed through the door of suite 401 appear to be more than 17, as many went for a short time and left quickly.
Meanwhile, once again, Nikos Rykos, Professor of Forensic and Toxicology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, was in the office of the fifth regular interrogator today. He did not deliver the file with the results of the toxicological tests of the 24-year-old woman, but was at the courthouse for information.
According to information, the file with the results of the tests is expected to be delivered tomorrow morning.
The investigation of the judicial authorities continues on two fronts. In this context, the alleged organizer of the party testified today, who, however, appears to have denied it.
