The data presented relate to cases from epidemiological surveillance of the disease by the new coronavirus (COVID19), based on data reported to the EODY and recorded up to 27 December 2021 (15:00).
The new laboratory-confirmed cases of the disease recorded in the last 24 hours are 9,284 , of which 11 were detected following checks at the country's entry gates.
The total number of cases is 1,084,153 (daily change +0.9%), of which 50.4% are men. Based on the confirmed cases in the last 7 days, 192 are considered to be associated with travel from abroad and 1,838 are associated with an already known case.
