A new criminal prosecution was brought by the prosecutor against Stathis Panagiotopoulos for the case of posting videos and photos of erotic content with his former partners on the internet.

He is accused of communicating personal data concerning the sexual life of natural persons, repeatedly, with the purpose of harming another.
The new prosecution was brought after the new lawsuit, the third in a row, filed by another girl who saw herself starring in videos of erotic content. The audio-visual material was posted on the internet and the self-incrimination procedure was followed
The 58-year-old presenter is now appearing before the investigating judge in a similar case, for which he was given a deadline last Thursday.
Officers of the Electronic Crime Squad led the well-known presenter to the Mansion at around 9:30 by entering through the back door to avoid the TV cameras awaiting the arrival of the arrested man.
