New blood diseases due to demographic change in the occupied territories, writes Kipris
The appearance of different blood diseases is observed in the occupied territories due to demographic change according to Kipris, noting that to treat these conditions expensive treatments are needed.
According to the GMP, the paper notes that there are difficulties even in correctly diagnosing these conditions and implementing the right treatment.
Former "health minister" Gulsen Bozkurt, in a statement to the newspaper, said that demographic change can even be seen on the streets, where one meets people from different nationalities and countries, from Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. He added that typical ailments of these societies began to be observed in the occupied territories as well.
Several passers-by of abnormal hemoglobin began to appear, he said, which they had not seen before or had rarely encountered. Bozcourt also noted that these were cases coming from Turkmenistan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Arab countries, Africa and the Far East.
