Nearly 409 million cases of coronavirus worldwide

Nearly 409 million cases of coronavirus have been recorded worldwide, according to the Worldometers website, with 2 new cases diagnosed yesterday.331,403

Specifically, cases currently stand at 408,942,938 and deaths at 5,820,959. The number of people who have recovered is 328,922,829.

There are currently 74,199,150 people suffering from the virus. Of these, 74,110,726 (99.9%) have a mild condition and 88,424 (0.1%) have a severe or critical condition.

In the United States, 79,228,628 cases and 942,006 deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the pandemic. They are followed by India with 42,586,544 cases and 508,012 deaths, Brazil with 27,291,515 cases and 637,232 deaths, France with 21,503,654 cases and 134,536 deaths, and the United Kingdom with 18,220,515 cases and 159,351 deaths.
