Many questions are raised by a video showing dozens of birds diving to their death and crashing to the ground in a neighborhood in the state of Chihuahua in Mexico.

According to the New York Post, dozens of yellow-headed mockingbirds were found dead on the sidewalks and streets of the town of Quautemoc on the morning of February 7 by residents, who subsequently alerted authorities.

According to the American newspaper report, this migratory bird species travels to Mexico from as far away as Canada to spend the winter.
