Moscow[/B] has prepared a package of retaliatory sanctions and is aware of the West's weaknesses, TASS reported, citing the speaker of Russia's upper house of parliament Valentina Matvienko.
Matvienko is a member of Russia's security council and was part of Vladimir Putin's audience on Monday when he asked the assembled Russian officials "to give their opinion" on recognizing the independence of the two "people's republics" of eastern Ukraine, a prelude to Russia's massive invasion of the country.
