"Will you ever take any responsibility?" the president of SYRIZA had asked earlier, commenting on Stylianidis' speech in Parliament "Attiki Odos is a weak link," the civil protection minister said earlier

Fierce, off-program confrontation broke out in the Parliament between Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Alexis Tsipras, after Christos Stylianidis' speech on what happened during the bad weather "Elpis", especially on Attiki Odos.
Responding to the opposition leader, who criticised the government and said that "he is lying to avoid responsibility", Mitsotakis took the floor and commented.[/B]
At the same time, he accused SYRIZA of being voiceless on the issue of the fiasco of the Attiki Odos. Tsipras, who accused him of a "fake apology", he said that even if the "apology" of the government is fake, it is better than the "no apology of SYRIZA for the 120 dead in Mati".
"You never apologized for either Mati or Mandra", Kyriakos Mitsotakis added, addressing the president of SYRIZA.
Earlier, Tsipras took the floor and asked Christos Stylianidis to explain the problems caused by "Elpida" in Attica. "You are a minister of the New Democracy government and you ought to give answers," he said."
"I didn't understand that you indicated that you were wrong somewhere. Where did you make a mistake? Why did you apologize?" Tsipras said in a strong tone.
"Not only Attiki Odos was closed. Other roads were also closed. Will you tell us where you were wrong? You've been throwing the ball around all your life. Will you ever take any responsibility?" he also stressed. He added: "You are lying to us to avoid responsibility."
For his part, Christos Stylianides, during his speech in Parliament, had referred to the mistakes made last Monday on Attiki Odos, blaming the managing company. He had also pointed out that there was a plan, but no coordination, while he described as heroes those who rescued 3,5000 citizens and there were no deaths.
