An attack by a group of about 10 minors with kicks and punches was allegedly received a short time ago in the center of Thessaloniki, a man aged about 40 years old.
According to what the minors claimed and what eyewitnesses told GRTimes.gr, the man in question was chased and attacked because a few minutes earlier he allegedly verbally attacked a minor friend, aged 14. The individuals, aged between 13 and 15, attacked the man with kicks and punches, while the latter, in his attempt to escape, ran and entered a well-known pastry shop in the centre of Thessaloniki.
However, the individuals did not stop, they also entered the pastry shop and chased him inside, despite the employees' attempt to get him away until the police arrived and solved the case.
However, both the assailants and the 40-year-old man ran away before the police arrived.
A strong force of the ELAS rushed to the scene and up to this hour they are conducting investigations to locate those involved in the incident.
