Manos Fourthiotis was arrested again.

The arrest of Menios Fourthiotis was preceded by the issuance of a warrant for his new pre-trial detention as he did not appear as required at the police station three times a month, as stipulated in his restrictive conditions for the case of the fake shooting outside his house.

In execution of the warrant issued, Menios Fourthiotis is currently being taken to the Athens Security and with a stopover at the Athens courts he is expected to be transferred to Korydallos prison.

The conditions imposed on him

It should be noted that the door to exit from Korydallos prisonwhere Menios Fourthiotis was in custody, was opened by the investigator on 5 October 2021.

By order of the investigator, the pre-trial detention of Fourthiotis was replaced with specific conditions. Specifically, the TV presenter paid a bail of 30,000 euros, to present himself 3 times a month at the police station and is prohibited from leaving the country.
