With the Christmas, New Year and Epiphany celebrations continuing this weekend, as every year, the Cyprus Police remains committed to serving the community in order to ensure the safety of the public travelling on the road network and to prevent any criminal acts against citizens and their property.
Police personnel, again faithful to duty, are working uninterruptedly and tirelessly with increased patrols, both motorised and on foot, and checks on the main roads and on the secondary and urban road network.

Due to the increased traffic during the festive period, the presence of the Police on the main urban roads and especially on interurban/interurban roads/freeways continues to be intense.
