A 20-year-old man in Thessaloniki is in the hands of police authorities for abusing an incompetent person to resist a sexual act.
Specifically, the police officers of the Security Department of Ampelokipi - Menemeni arrested the 20-year-old yesterday, as according to a complaint made at noon on 04-03-2022 in the area of Menemeni performed sexual acts with a 21-year-old girl, who suffers from mental retardation.
