A political commentator claims in a documentary that Brigitte Macron received a phone call from a stranger who told her that her husband was with his lover at the time
Rumour mill about Emmanuel Macron's private life with anonymous users, people on the far-right and generally those who want to tarnish the French president's image sowing weeds about his personal life while he remains ahead in the polls ahead of the spring elections.
The target of the fake news was initially the "First Lady", Brigitte Macron , who, according to the "bad tongues", is a transsexual called Jean-Michel Tronnier. Then it was the turn of her husband, Emmanuel Macron, who is allegedly gay and had a lover as well as a wife.
A French documentary shown yesterday by the BFM network claims that, Brigitte Macron received an anonymous phone call in which an unknown person allegedly told her that the president of the country was with a gay lover.
According to the documentary, despite thorough checks on all of Elise's phones, the unidentified man managed to contact her and tell her: "I know your husband is with a man at the moment."
As reported by the magazine "Gala" as well as the British newspaper "Daily Mail", the political commentator, Nicolas Prizet, made this claim in the documentary that aired last night, under the title: "The Hell of Presidential Campaigns."
For his part, French Senator François Patria confirmed that Brigitte was devastated by the phone call and said to her friends:[BR]"Do you realise what they dare to say? They will not spare us anything. I was sad and shocked to hear it, but I will continue."
It is worth noting that, rumours of Macron's homosexuality have been circulating in France since 2017, when the former economy minister under Hollande began to record a poll surge.
There were reports that then-independent candidate Emmanuel Macron, who was running for the French presidency, had a "double life" and that he was a couple with the former managing director of Radio France, Mathieu Galet.
