"The Smile of the Child regarding the murder of a 7-year-old boy by his 29-year-old mother and her 33-year-old Polish partner in 2017 in Kypseli, which was solved today by the Greek Police: It denounces an unprecedented gap in the system, following numerous supportive actions carried out by the Agency, managing to save the sister of the murdered child.

-On 27 June 2018, "The Smile of the Child" received a request for shelter for the minor. The sister of the murdered child is currently in foster care. From the child psychiatric assessment conducted, it appears that the child found dead had been living with his father in Poland since November 2016.
